What is the Pilot Drill bit?

Before drilling, a rigid centering drill is used to drill an initial hole with a depth of 1-2 times the diameter to ensure the accuracy position of drilling with ordinary drill bit, and reserve chamfer for tapping, this kind of drill bit is pilot drill bit, pilot drill bit is also named chamfer drill bit because of its chamfer function.

2,Tip angle can be 60° and 120° as per requirement, no stock, please consider the producing time.
